You will support the store manager, drive merchandising initiatives, and coach teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading and developing associates to meet customer service and business goals.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a favorable customer experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads.
• Develop action plans based on survey results and store performance data.
• Identify opportunities, develop timely solutions, and drive plan execution.
• Model inclusive leadership and coach teams to improve performance.
• Manage total store operations in manager's absence and drive sales and budgets.
• Communicate performance feedback and help control labor and costs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and enterprise policies.
