True North is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, hire, train, and schedule team members. This role provides leadership through clear direction, goal setting, and constructive feedback to ensure a fast, friendly, and clean guest experience.

You will manage staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, and maintenance, while serving as manager-on-duty during shifts in the Store Manager's absence and upholding food safety and store policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks.
