Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide active floor leadership during shifts and support team in real time.

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Recruit and train new team members as needed.
• Schedule staff and manage daily store operations.
• Lead as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Monitor performance and coach team members in real time.
