True North Convenience Stores is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling. You will lead shifts, manage staffing, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale, store and car wash equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be on call as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide active, visible floor leadership during shifts and support team in real time.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service per company standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Recruit and train new team members and supervise staff during shifts.
• Act as manager-on-duty during assigned shifts and oversee store operations.
