Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service and building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team, model initiative, and ensure safety and quality in operations. Essential duties include overseeing store management, sales and inventory, staffing, training, financials, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
