Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service and proactive leadership, reporting to the Store Manager and guiding a motivated team.

The role covers overall store operations, sales, inventory, staffing, training, financial management, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Flexibility to work full-time including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and oversee activities of the crew.
• Communicate information openly and timely to staff and supervisors.
• Support the Store Manager with operational and service-improvement plans.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
