CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a store team, maintain engagement, and model initiative.

Responsibilities include managing store operations, sales and inventory, staffing and development, and financial oversight, while promoting CVS customer service culture and responding to urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
