Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example, maintain an engaged team, and support strategic operations across the store. The role covers overall store management, sales and inventory oversight, staff development, financial handling, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management activities and supervise the store crew.
• Promote excellent customer service and address customer questions and complaints.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
