Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. You will work under the Store Manager to lead a productive store team and demonstrate initiative by example.

The role covers store management, sales and inventory control, staffing, training, financial management and customer service leadership, with a note that it is not part of the Retail Management Development

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store crew and communicate information openly with staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
