CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager’s supervision.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, managing sales and inventory, staffing, training, and financial oversight, with a focus on driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
