Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, oversee sales/inventory, staffing, training and development, and manage financials while promoting exceptional customer service.

You will work under the Store Manager to lead a productive team, implement policies, and enhance store performance. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operations in a CVS/pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail management or supervisor experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews; supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service leadership and address customer questions and issues.
