CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

You will oversee sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management to ensure smooth operations and a customer-first environment. This full-time role requires strong leadership, flexibility in schedule, and the ability to respond to urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills needed.
• Full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and work effectively with team.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors clearly and promptly.
• Support Store Manager with plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, help, thank).
