Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, lead a store team, and reinforce a customer-first culture across daily operations and service excellence.

Under Store Manager supervision, you will oversee supervision, staffing, training, and development, plus financial and inventory management to support store goals and community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams and manage daily activities.
• Supervise and direct the store crew with clear communication.
