Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, improving performance, and building customer loyalty through consistently excellent service and operational discipline.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will oversee staffing, training, inventory, financial management, and customer service leadership, while modeling leadership, accountability, safety, and a commitment to quality in every interaction with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
