Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy location under the Store Manager's supervision. You will lead a team, manage staffing, training, sales, inventory, and financial performance while upholding safety, quality, and the CVS customer service standard.

This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, and a focus on building loyalty and delivering a trusted health experience

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
