Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, supervise staff, and build consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service while reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include managing store operations, sales and inventory, staffing, training, and financial oversight, with a focus on service excellence and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities.
• Communicate information openly with store crew and supervisors.
• Assist in creating action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
