Job summary

CVS Health in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Operations Manager in the Store Management team to drive store execution and performance while prioritizing exceptional customer service. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a productive store team.

The role covers managing sales, inventory, staffing, training, development and financial aspects, with a focus on service improvements and adherence to policy. A full‑time schedule is required, including some early morning, overnight and weekend

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
