Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a CVS/pharmacy store, driving execution, and building consumer loyalty through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include directing store operations, managing sales/inventory, staffing and development, financial oversight, and leading the customer service culture. This full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
