Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a motivated store team and model initiative and accountability.

You will supervise, train, and develop staff, manage finances, and foster CVS customer service culture. A full-time schedule with potential early mornings, overnights and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
