Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. This role drives store execution, performance and customer service while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy under the Store Manager’s leadership.

You will supervise staffing, training, inventory and financial management, lead by example, and coordinate action plans for service improvement. This is a full‑time role with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overall store management support and policy implementation.
• Sales, inventory and financial management oversight.
