Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while fostering consumer loyalty through excellent service. You’ll lead by example, supervise staff, manage inventory, and support the Store Manager with operational plans.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
