Yesway is seeking a store supervisor in Texas to support the Store Manager with team training, shift scheduling, and day-to-day store operations. The role focuses on addressing customer concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining organized stock and merchandising throughout the venue.

The position emphasizes guest hospitality and daily profit monitoring, including shrink reduction, lottery handling, and vendor coordination to optimize store performance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Mansioni

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
