The Fresh Market in Savannah, GA is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control, delivering impeccable hospitality, safety, and execution every day.

You’ll model our values, provide hands-on leadership on the floor, manage scheduling within labor budgets, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven success delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting performance goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock and Inventory Control to ensure hospitality, safety and execution.
• Manage scheduling and labor within budget constraints.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
