The Fresh Market is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead key operational areas including Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control. You will partner with the Store Director to deliver a hospitality-focused, safe, and efficiently run store.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of progressive management in retail or hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional guest experiences while hitting targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the sales floor and front end.
• Manage scheduling and labor to stay within budget while meeting service needs.
