Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations for our Denver location. You will direct activities to achieve store goals, deliver best-in-class guest service, manage expenses, and drive merchandising excellence while developing talent.

You will lead by example in guest engagement, staff coaching, scheduling, and loss prevention, ensuring a clean, well-maintained environment and a strong financial performance for the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations to achieve all store goals and drive guest service, sales, and merchandising excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and associate development.
• Co-manage loss prevention, banking, and inventory controls to protect company assets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and retention.
• Collaborate with district leadership to implement floor sets, visual standards and merchandising directives.
