Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations for Altar'd State in Brookfield, WI. You will lead and support the Store Leader to drive guest-focused service, sales objectives, and merchandising presentation while managing expenses and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building.
• Drive sales, manage expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising.
• Develop and coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll.
• Oversee floor sets, visual presentation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure loss prevention and banking procedures.
