Job summary

At Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Operations in Colorado Springs. This role supports the Store Manager in leading operational, financial, and team functions in a large-format retail setting, with emphasis on executing in-stock processes, customer experience, and leadership development.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume retail, the ability to manage 20+ Team Members, and a track record of improving store performance. Bonus eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ Team Members and managing $5M+ revenue.
• Knowledge of freight, inventory control, stocking, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of store operations to achieve sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent to support long-term growth.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and internal succession.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Lead front-end processes, inventory, and merchandising to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and customer experience initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
