Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee daily operations and lead Service Specialists. You will guide training, scheduling, and performance reviews to ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or equivalent, with a focus on retail operations, cash handling, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18; ability to drive for company business where applicable.
• Two+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
• Certifications in AML, safety or product handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop store partners; assign and direct work and evaluate performance.
• Review sales data; forecast ads and promotions; manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Open/close the store as assigned and balance cash deposits and tills.
• Ensure food safety standards and accurate pricing; adhere to tender policies.
