This role requires interviewing, hiring, training, developing partners, managing inventory, reviewing sales data, balancing tills, and ensuring compliance with safety and pricing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related retail experience.
• Certification: TABC/LACT/AATC.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification preferred.
• HIPAA certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; manage staffing and performance.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory.
• Ensure accurate pricing; verify deposits and balance tills.
• Open/close store per procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety; comply with labeling rules.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
