Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Store Oversight leader to support the Store Director by guiding Service Specialists, training staff, and optimizing daily operations. You’ll schedule, review performance, and address issues to maintain a friendly, safe shopping experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing sales data, managing inventory, opening/closing duties, and enforcing food safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• ,
• Minimum age 18 required.
• Two+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning and directing work.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Managing inventory to ensure in-stock levels and accurate ordering.
• Opening/closing the store and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Ensuring food safety standards and proper labeling.
