Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store performance, coach leaders, and drive operational excellence across departments. You’ll translate strategy into action on the sales floor, ensure safety standards, and partner with store leaders to set priorities.

You bring a bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years of leadership, and a track record of managing teams up to 40 people while meeting sales targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated success leading departments up to 40 team members while driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop people
• Solid business acumen with ability to interpret operational and financial data
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete and maintain required certifications, including firearms sales and Power Industrial Truck
• Compliance with ATF Form 4473 and background checks
