Job summary

Rural King in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience with retail operations, inventory, scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.
