Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, supervise merchandising and inventory, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop associates, support recruiting, and uphold Rural King's values of People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager, driving sales and performance.
• Lead associate development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to enhance shopping experience.
