Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Indiana store. You will partner with the Store Manager to mentor associates, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

• 2+ years of leadership in retail or supervisory role.
