Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a wage increase to $26.50 per hour in Year 2, based on a 38-hour work week. Must meet retail experience and education requirements; benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and developing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed to minimize losses.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate key information.
