Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age and older.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Prior management experience is preferred and helpful for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Set clear job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to boost team performance and growth.
• Model ALDI core values to foster teamwork and engagement.
• Monitor local competition and inform leadership of necessary adjustments.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling and cash control policies.
