Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, ensuring daily execution of company standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain effective scheduling, coaching, and performance management.

You will lead recruitment, training, and discipline, drive store performance, and ensure a safe, compliant, customer-focused environment across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in Store Manager training (LEAP) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and pharmacy operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operations and scheduling; ensures store compliance.
• Monitors customer service, coaches staff, and develops plans to improve metrics.
• Analyzes store performance data and collaborates on growth initiatives.
