Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and lead front-end and pharmacy operations. You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff, manage schedules, and ensure store profitability while upholding company policies.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager, implement action plans, analyze performance data, and drive customer satisfaction across both retail and pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship program, or HS diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership, ethics, communication, and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; flexible schedule.
