Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, resolving customer issues, managing cash and inventory, and collaborating with the Store Manager to execute community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; Walgreens Internship Program acceptable.
• Demonstrated leadership with ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication.
• Complete Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion or transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and manages scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Drives customer experience improvements and resolves complaints to build loyalty.
• Manages store operations, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies.
