Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and front-end activities, with responsibility for overseeing pharmacy and retail store operations. The role supports the Store Manager, drives store performance, and ensures policy compliance and asset protection.

The candidate will lead recruitment, training, performance management, and development of a diverse and capable team to deliver company goals and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP training or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking (except Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to achieve store deliverables.
• Monitors front-end and pharmacy operations; coaches staff and develops improvement plans.
• Manages scheduling, shifts, and time records; ensures proper team member coverage.
