Job summary

Walgreens seeks an experienced leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, and to support pharmacy and retail operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store activities and achieve company deliverables.

You will recruit, hire, mentor, and discipline team members; manage scheduling, inventory, and security; and drive sales while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business ethics.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
• Willingness to complete Walgreens training programs (LEAP/Leadership Essentials).
• English reading, writing and speaking fluency required (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities
