Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with leadership and professional ethics.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens leadership training within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Promotion to Store Manager may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end; manages store operations and overall store performance.
• Recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members to meet company deliverables.
• Monitor customer service metrics; coach and train front-end and pharmacy teams for improvements.
• Oversee store cash handling, inventory, pricing updates, and adherence to SOPs.
