Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and lead the front end operations of the store, including pharmacy and retail areas. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and protect assets while delivering strong customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, talent development, and accountability for merchandising, schedules, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or Walgreens internship program.
Two years of supervisory experience with HS diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to relocate to other Walgreens stores within the area.
Store Manager LEAP or Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to meet company goals.
Leads staffing, performance management, and discipline for store team.
Manages store cash handling, merchandising, and inventory processes.
Drives customer experience improvements and store profitability.
Supports Store Manager in staffing, scheduling, and policy compliance.
