• Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for eligible entrants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end and pharmacy teams; ensure coverage and scheduling.
• Drive store operations, merchandising, and store asset protection.
• Analyze financials and KPIs; collaborate with Store Manager on growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Support customer experience by resolving complaints and improving service metrics.
• Assist Pharmacy during busy periods and ensure compliance with policies.
