Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, with responsibilities across pharmacy and retail operations. You will support the Store Manager and assume duties in their absence, driving merchandising, asset protection, and profitability.

You will lead a team to improve customer service metrics, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, while coordinating with external partners and advancing community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and professional business ethics.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities
