Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager-level candidate to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations and pharmacy activities. You will lead recruitment, coaching, performance management, and ensure merchandise and store assets are protected while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and the ability to plan and execute store strategies with the Store Manager. A flexible schedule and potential relocation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or Walgreens Internship program
• Proven leadership and strong communication with ethics
• Willingness to complete Walgreens leadership training and LEAP program

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters and front-end/store activities
• Partners with Store Manager to drive sales, protect assets and improve profitability
• Leads recruitment, performance management and discipline for team members
• Ensures store operations run smoothly including scheduling, cash handling and inventory control
• Supports pharmacy operations and community outreach initiatives
