Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store. You will own freight scheduling, Feed to Floor processes, weekly recovery, and store security while coaching Team Members and supporting the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have prior retail leadership and supervisory experience, with a HS diploma or higher; a BA in Business Administration is preferred. Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and freight movement.
• Oversee Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and Store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and compliance with receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and floor standards; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Coach team members and support Store Manager in operational planning and financial results.
