Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store execution, freight scheduling, and Feed to Floor processes. You will coach team members, oversee the Inventory Control Specialist, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting the Store Manager.

The role requires prior retail leadership and supervisory experience, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor’s preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate warehouse equipment are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking execution.
• Own Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes with standard follow-ups.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist activities and compliance with receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and safety standards; coach team members and support Store Manager.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment; ensure accurate documentation.
