Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store execution, including freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and security compliance. You will coach team members and support the Store Manager to drive safety and efficient operations.

The role requires prior retail leadership experience, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a focus on Legendary service, policy adherence, and performance metrics in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: previous retail leadership required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Education: HS diploma; Bachelor’s preferred in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Ensure safe, compliant store operations and policies.
• Manage Inventory Control Specialist activities and receiving standards.
