Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight processes, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and safety standards. You will coach Team Members and support the Store Manager to drive Legendary Service.

The role requires experience in retail leadership and store operations; a driver’s license is required, and responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy, backroom standards, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes, ensuring standards.
• Coach and develop Operations Team Members; support Store Manager.
• Maintain safe and productive work environment by enforcing policies.
